A market leader in the bio-processing industry is now seeking an Automation Engineer!
THE COMPANY:
Established for over a century ago, our client has cemented themselves as market leaders of the Irish bio-processing industry. The company has grown rapidly since entering the market and has developed a strong scientific base and portfolio of solutions in the manufacturing industry. With turnover in the multimillions and to keep up with the demands of their clients, they are now looking to add a talented Automation Engineer.
THE ROLE:
Based on-site in Kerry, the successful Automation Engineer have the following duties including but not limited to:
- Programming Siemens systems
- Developing PLC programmes to control all systems
- Developing industrial control systems for new production lines on SCADA platform
- Supporting project commissioning activities
- Testing of panels and I/O testing
THE PERSON:
We are looking to speak to those from the following backgrounds:
- A full qualification in Automation Engineering/Electrical Engineering is extremely advantageous but those with a closely related qualification will also be considered
- Previous experience in automation engineering or programming engineering in an industrial/manufacturing environment is very beneficial
- Prior experience in oil/gas/water treatment automation/programming will also be seriously considered
- Previous experience in programming
- Must be eligible to work in Ireland immediately
THE PACKAGE:
- Salary: €50,000-60,000 (DOE)
