The Company: Established for over 70 years, this company is a highly reputable manufacturer of life saving medical equipment and healthcare systems. As innovators in their field of haematology testing and blood transfusion, they have unique products which benefit hospitals in improving efficiency, reducing human error and, ultimately, save lives.

The Role: As the new Territory Sales Manager you will inherit a well-established account base that has some excellent growth opportunities. You will manage relationships with multi-level stakeholders within hospital trusts, dealing with clinical end users such as anaesthetists, surgeons and senior nurses, as well as procurement, EBME and IT managers. The position will significantly improve your personal development thanks to the daily variety of selling devices, capital equipment and software to multiple hospital departments, dealing with clinical and procurement stakeholders at all levels.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

· Medical sales experience in devices, equipment or pharmaceuticals

· Experience of selling to clinical end users within hospital departments, ideally theatre

· Clinically credible with sharp commercial ability

· Excellent communication skills

Package for the Account Manager role:

Base Salary: £45,000 - 55,000

Bonus: £18,000 - 22,000

Choice of company car or allowance, pension, healthcare 25 days annual leave.

The Account Manager role covers: Cardiff, Swansea, Bristol, Bath, Bournemouth, Taunton, Exeter, Torquay, Plymouth, Newquay.
