Area Sales Manager

The Role of Area Sales Manager - HVAC Systems: As Area Sales Manager working for this innovative, British manufacturer, you will be responsible for selling a range of high quality, residential HVAC systems, mainly found in apartment blocks, such as mechanical ventilation and heat recovery systems, fans and ducting. Your role will be to develop and grow sales within an established customer base of Mechanical & Electrical Contractors across the North London and the Northern Home Counties. You will receive fantastic back up from an internal team that will produce all of your quotes for you, leaving you to focus on winning contracts and tenders and to really cement the relationship with your customers. In addition, you will work closely with a team of specification sales managers to protect and convert specifications they have won for projects in your region.

For the Position of Area Sales Manager - HVAC Systems, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Sold HVAC or building services products to M&E contractors and used to the tender / specification process
  • Exceptional account management skills
  • Ethical and transparent approach to dealing with customers & colleagues
  • Outgoing, able to network and build relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels
  • Structured, organised, used to using CRM systems
  • A true team player who enjoys a collaborative work environment
  • Driving licence

Benefits of this Area Sales Manager - HVAC Systems role:

  • Up to £60,000 basic salary DoE
  • OTE £14,000 commission & bonus year 1, uncapped, (top earners £100k+)
  • High spec PHEV or electric company car or car allowance
  • Excellent pension scheme, up to 8% employer contribution
  • 25 days' holiday, (plus Bank Holidays)
