Area Sales Manager

Purpose of the Role of Area Sales Manager - Heavyside Construction Products:

Working closely with a supportive and knowledgeable technical support team you will have responsibility for growing sales of render systems and insulation to developers, house builders, sub-contractors, applicators in the West Midlands and north west England.

Responsibilities of the Role of Area Sales Manager - Heavyside Construction Products:

  • Build relationships and network at multiple levels within customers including contracts managers, site managers and procurement
  • Win business from new applicators
  • Use Glenigans and internal leads to win specifications
  • Provide customer technical support
  • Ensure specifications are converted into sales with developers and registered applicators

For the position of Area Sales Manager - Heavyside Construction Products, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Must have sold technical building products to building contractors at site level
  • New business development
  • Initiative and able to work independently
  • Resilient, tenacious, hungry and dynamic
  • Driving licence

· £45,000 - £50,000 base salary, plus 20% bonus
