Area Sales Manager - Capital Equipment

The Role of Area Sales Manager - Capital Equipment: As Area Sales Manager working for this innovative manufacturer, you will be responsible for selling a range of coding and printing equipment and service contracts. Your broad customer base will include; food, beverage, automotive and pharmaceutical manufacturers at multiple levels. The focus of your time will be managing an existing account base of approximately 180 customers, identifying opportunities for sales growth across East Anglia, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and North London. In addition, you will be passed new accounts to manage, which are brought on board by a Business Development Manager.

For the Position of Area Sales Manager - Capital Equipment, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Proven track record selling complex solutions or capital equipment sales
  • Exceptional account management skills
  • Ethical and transparent approach to dealing with customers & colleagues
  • Able to network and build relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels
  • Structured, organised, sales trained and able to present complex solutions to customers
  • A true team player who enjoys a collaborative work environment
  • Must be resilient, well presented, dynamic, driven, enthusiastic, articulate and personable
  • Driving licence

Benefits of this Area Sales Manager - Capital Equipment role:

o £40,000 to £45,000 basic salary

o OTE £16,000 commission & bonus year 1, uncapped, (top earners £100k+)
