· £40,000pa to £50,000pa + £10k - £15k OTE

Company & Role:

  • Training & Consultancy Provider operating nationally are now growing by 2 account managers as part of the growth plans for 2025.
  • Since 1991, the company fulfils training & consultancy needs across various sectors and courses include: Projects & Programme Management, IT Service Management, Technical IT & Management Development.
  • As Account Manager, you will be nurturing 100% existing accounts, some of which are new logos.
  • Total accounts will range between 30 to 40 and your main goal is growing those existing accounts by spotting new opportunities and new decision makers involved within those accounts.
  • You will be based in the office initially for the first 6 months, after which there is a hybrid working model of 2 days working from home.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2yrs B2B sales experience in a service-led environment (e.g. Recruitment / Media Sales etc).
  • You do not need training / education sector experience but if you do, this is ideal.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Experience in Account Management or New Business with Existing Accounts (50/50split).
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Active Listening - consultative approach.

Salary & Benefits:
