Account Manager
· Account Handler - Manchester - Hybrid

· Up to £50,000per annum + bonus
Company & Role:
- Commercial Insurance Broker operating in Manchester for the past 25 years, are now going through growth plans for 2025 and looking to recruit x3 Account Handlers. The services offered include business insurance, indemnity, liability covers for various sectors.
- The 3x Account Handlers positions are due to retirement & growth plans.
- As Account Handler, you will either be within the Professional Indemnity division or working on bespoke solutions for professional organisations and their members. You will be responsible for managing 100% of existing accounts, handling renewals before they are due and working alongside the Account Executives who will be out on the field visiting clients and winning new businesses. The Account Handler position is hybrid so you will be required in the office 3xtimes a week and 2xdays working from home.

Requirements:
- Commercial Insurance background - some exposure to Professional Indemnity would be beneficial
- Minimum 2yrs sales experience in the insurance sector.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance regulations and risk management practises to ensure the business is operating ethically and adhering to legal obligations.
- Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential - this can be fully funded by the company as part of your training & development.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
