THE ROLE: Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager for Ireland you will join a small commercial team selling industrial marking and coding solutions to the manufacturing industry. You will manage a territory spanning the midlands of the Republic of Ireland, from Dublin to Galway and above however flexibility on patch will be given to accommodate the right candidate. You will use a consultative sales process to offer integrated solutions, such box printing machines, label, coding and marking applicators, thermal and injet printers all integral to the manufacturing process. You will be selling directly to end users with a focus on the Food and Beverage manufacturers you will speak with engineering managers, production managers and purchasing.

This is a predominantly account management role, however the company is keen to bring on a candidate with strong new business skills who will network around existing business and explore new market opportunities.

THE PERSON:You will be an experienced sales professional with the ability to manage existing business but more importantly drive new business growth. You will achieve this by cross selling and upselling and prospecting new business. Ideally, you will have sold a product range that is integrated into a wider solution and be comfortable managing long sales processes as well as the faster-paced more transactional wins. The most successful people on this team came from an engineering background however this is not essential.


  •         Salary: €50,000 - €65,000
  •         Bonus: €25,000
