The Role: Selling a market leading range of data and analytics tools to the Commercial Real Estate markets, this exciting Account Manager role is an excellent next step for an ambitious sales professional. Dealing with agents, landlords, lenders, institutional investors, government agencies and service providers, you will inherit a book of existing customers that you need to retain and grow, whilst also looking to add to your account base via targeted new business. As an Account Manager your responsibilities will include:

* Winning new business in a targeted fashion
* Retain and grow existing customers via annual renewals and up / cross-selling
* Manage existing users via regular meetings including product training and demonstrations
* Regularly visit client offices across the West Midlands to build account relationships and secure new business

For this role, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

* MUST be Degree Educated
* 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience
* Experience in selling data, analytics, or technology is a preference
* Knowledge of the commercial property or real estate market is ideal

Benefits of this Account Manager role:

* £55-£60k basic, OTE £110-120k (in Year 1)
