Account Manager
Job Title: Account Manager (100% Account Management)
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience) + £16,000 OTE
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to join a customer contact solution business. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and growing existing accounts, and will have a consultative, sales-driven approach.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with approximately 1000 existing accounts
- Increase account spend and cross-sell the company's range of solutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Conduct regular meetings with senior level clients to identify opportunities for growth
- Work collaboratively with the wider sales and marketing teams to develop and implement account plans
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, with a demonstrable track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to present to and influence senior level clients
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to work independently and remotely
- Full UK driving license (for occasional client visits)
