Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Within a 1-hour commute to London

Our client is a leading provider of specialist end-to-end software and support services for recruitment agencies of all sizes. They offer a range of services from outsourced payroll services, invoice funding, and contractor screening. With a focus on building strong relationships with clients, they are now looking for a new Account Manager to join their team.

Role Overview:

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and increasing revenue from your existing client base, as well as generating leads through these companies. Approximately half of your time will be spent working from home, with the other half visiting prospective buyers. You will be allocated an entertaining budget, for when meeting your clients. This is a fun and outgoing role, where your job will involve socialising with clients to build business relationships. This will be an ideal role for someone wanting to take a step up in their sales career, while engaging in daily recreational activities, fostering client relationships, and cultivating a vibrant social presence.


  • Manage and increase revenue from existing account base
  • Generate leads through existing accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including entertaining
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients


  • Experience in recruitment, finance or any B2C/inside sales roles desired
  • A proven success in sales
  • Strong problem-solving and relationship building skills
  • Confident and sociable with excellent communication skills
  • Bonus-driven with a personality to succeed

The Package:

  • £28,000 - £32,000 base salary + £18,000+ OTE
  • A client entertaining budget
  • 23 days + bank holidays annual leave
