Junior Account Manager
The Role: The new Junior Account Manager role has come about due to continued growth and new business flooding in that needs to be taken to the next level. This is a vital position to our clients growth strategy for 2023 and beyond, but more importantly, for your career development! You will be selling a procurement solutions platform for the construction industry to end user clients such as Contactors, Sub-Contractors, Local Authorities, and other End Users across the UK. Our client can source and deliver anything required on site from a range of supply agreements with their partners such as heavy plant, accommodation, and site security products, fuel, building materials amongst many others.
Covering the 'Central' area of the country (Stoke down to Northampton), this account management focussed position will see you grow a portfolio of clients which has been built up by the Business Development Team. You will build relationships, talk people through the solution, and show added value to end user site processes. As a start-up there is flexibility and a genuine career pathway for those that want it as well as a very lucrative earning potential.
You will be partnered with an Internal Account Manager who will be pro-actively booking qualified appointments for you on a weekly basis with larger accounts. Conversely, you will be able to hand down smaller accounts to them whilst you concentrate on the bigger clients with more potential to grow.
Your training, development, and support will come from senior members of the Account Management Team, the Regional Sales Leadership, right through to the Sales Director. You will have access to external sales training opportunities, as well as set career milestones and pathways to aim for in order to develop your career professionally, and financially.

Their growth plans are impressive and they want to double the size of the business over the coming year, starting with an enhanced sales team.
We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

- A confident team player who wants to earn
- A background in the plant & tool hire industry would be advantageous
- Clean driving licence
Salary: £30k - £35k Basic salary DOE + £10-12k uncapped OTE + pension + 25 days holiday (plus birthday off) + laptop/mobile + pension scheme
