Account Manager
THE COMPANY: Our client, a manufacturer of construction products and solutions, has a reputation for first-class customer service and an ability to respond quickly to the demands of the Irish construction sector. Due to internal promotions, they are looking for a new Field Sales Representative in Leinster as they expand the team.
THE ROLE: As a Business Development Manager, you will sell a comprehensive range of building products to main and sub-contractors at site level. You will interact with various decision-makers, such as site managers, buyers, and engineers. Your solutions can also be sold to local authorities. Whilst you will inherit a number of existing accounts, you will also be responsible for identifying and driving new business opportunities throughout Ireland. This role will be 60% new business and 40% account management.
THE PERSON: You may currently be working for a builder's merchants and looking for a step up in your career. You may also come from a construction sales background, selling products to the main contractors at site level. Construction sales experience is essential. Your attitude and work ethic will be critical to your success in this role. You will be a target-driven and enthusiastic individual with a flair for new business sales.
THE PACKAGE:
· €45,000 - €55,000 Base Salary
· €20,000 - €30,000 commission
· Fully Expensed Company Car
· Laptop, Mobile, Pension, Healthcare, Lunch allowance, 21 Days Holidays
