Territory: Leinster & Munster

Salary: Up to €55,000 + €10,000 Bonus | Company Car | 5% Pension | 26 Days Leave

THE COMPANY:

Our client is a well-known international manufacturer of bathroom products, with a strong reputation for design, quality and innovation across the interiors market. With an established presence in Ireland and continued investment in their distribution and customer base, they are now looking to grow their commercial team.

They work closely with retailers, showrooms, distributors and industry partners, supplying premium solutions into the KBB (Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom) sector.

THE ROLE:

As Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing an established portfolio of customers across Leinster and Munster.

This is a pure account management role, focused on strengthening relationships, increasing spend within existing accounts and ensuring a high level of customer service.

You will be working with bathroom retailers, showrooms, merchants and distributors, supporting them with product knowledge, merchandising, promotions and commercial activity.

This is a relationship-led role where success comes from building trust, understanding customer needs and growing long-term partnerships.

THE PERSON:

We are ideally looking for candidates with experience in the KBB, interiors or construction-related sectors, particularly within bathroom or finishing products.

However, we will also consider strong B2B field sales professionals from other sectors (e.g. FMCG or similar), who are used to managing accounts and building relationships.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Experience in a field-based sales or account management role

* Strong relationship-building and customer management skills

* A commercial mindset with the ability to grow existing accounts

* A proactive, organised and professional approach

* Full clean driving licence

THE PACKAGE:

* Base Salary: Up to €55,000

* Bonus: €10,000

* Company Car

* Pension (5%)

* 26 Days Annual Leave
