The Role
Manage and grow around 150 existing accounts in a consultative, value-led role. Focus on retention, upselling and identifying growth opportunities across legal and compliance software solutions. Engage senior stakeholders, maintain a strong pipeline, and deliver against growth targets within a structured, KPI-driven environment. Based in Leeds (1 day in the office)
Requirements
* 1+ year B2B sales experience
* Strong organisation and pipeline management
* Confident engaging senior decision-makers
* Coachable, ambitious and commercially aware
The Package
£30,000 base + £44,400 OTE (uncapped) + accelerator
