Territory Manager - Medical / Healthcare

THE COMPANY:
Our client is a market-leading global healthcare organisation with an excellent reputation for quality, innovation and staff retention. They operate in a specialist niche, supplying capital equipment, consumables and services into clinical environments. Due to a maternity cover requirement, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Territory Manager to look after a well-established territory on the East Coast of Ireland.
THE ROLE:
As Territory Manager, you will take ownership of an existing customer base while continuing to develop new business opportunities across your patch. This is a consultative, relationship-led field sales role, working closely with customers to understand their commercial and operational needs and positioning tailored solutions accordingly.
You will be responsible for managing your territory day to day, building long-term partnerships, delivering against sales targets and maintaining a strong presence with customers. Full product and company training will be provided, along with strong support from the wider Irish and UK teams.
THE PERSON:
You must have a minimum of 2 years' B2B field sales experience in Ireland, managing a defined territory
Strong B2B sales background is essential - healthcare/medical/dental/veterinary sales experience is advantageous but not required
Proven ability to build relationships, manage accounts and develop new business on patch
Commercially astute, organised and comfortable working autonomously in the field
Based within the territory - ideally Dublin, Wicklow or Wexford
Full, clean driving licence
THE PACKAGE:
Base salary: €50,000
Bonus scheme
€8,000 car allowance plus mileage
