The Company:
Our client is a global leader in logistics, recognized as a true super brand in their sector with a turnover in excess of $60 billion. They specialize in domestic, European and international logistics, offering services across mail, parcel, freight, and supply chain solutions. With a strong presence in Ireland and continued investment in growth, they are now expanding their sales team.
The Role:
This is a field-based role managing a territory across Dublin and Leinster, focused on a 50/50 split between account management and new business. You'll sell a wide range of services across logistics, freight forwarding, parcels and courier, meeting with clients face-to-face and via video to develop opportunities.
You'll be expected to hold approximately 12 meetings per week, supported by internal lead generation and telesales, but you'll also be responsible for driving your own activity and growing your account base.
There is a clear progression path into senior sales or leadership roles for high performers.
What We're Looking For:
- Field sales experience is essential
- Proven ability to win new business and manage accounts
- Comfortable working to activity targets in a structured, professional environment
- Confident, well-presented, and a strong relationship builder
- Based in the Dublin or Leinster region with access to your territory
The Package:
- Base Salary: €44,000 - €54,000 (DOE)
