Account Executive
The Role:
A rare opportunity for an Account Executive to join a world leader in real-estate data, analytics and immersive 3D technology. This full-time, permanent position centres on selling photorealistic 3D digital twins to mid-market and enterprise organisations across commercial and residential real estate, architecture, engineering, construction, logistics, manufacturing, and the travel & hospitality sectors.
As an Account Executive, you will focus on new business growth while nurturing a select group of existing customers. You'll deliver and exceed quarterly SaaS and Services targets by engaging clients both face to face and through online meetings, generating at least half of your pipeline through proactive prospecting. You'll run tailored sales and technical presentations - onsite and online - using the Pro 3D camera and demonstrating the full value of an immersive, spatially accurate digital twin.
Operational excellence is key. You'll maintain precise weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts, and use tools such as SFDC, Groove, Highspot and LinkedIn to manage your territory effectively. Working collaboratively with Services, Customer Success, Support and Pre-Sales teams, you'll help shape the customer journey and ensure a smooth, informed buying experience. You'll also represent the business at regional and industry events to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities.
Requirements:
To be considered for the Account Executive role:
* Minimum 5 years' full sales-cycle B2B SaaS experience
* Strong value-based selling approach, utilising ROI and MEDDPICC
* Able to engage mid-market and enterprise customers with confidence
* Capable of generating significant self-sourced pipeline
* Skilled in delivering compelling demos and technical presentations
* Strong territory management, forecasting and organisational skills
* Positive, inclusive and collaborative approach
The Package for Account Executive:
* £70,000-£80,000 basic salary
* 50% commission structure, OTE £160,000 (uncapped)
