This is a 100% work-from-home role, offering a competitive salary of €40K-€50K base. About the Role:
As an ERP Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for users seeking assistance with ERP-related queries and issues. You'll troubleshoot and resolve problems, ensuring the smooth operation of the company's ERP systems. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. Speaking Spanish or French is a plus but not essential!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st level support for ERP users, addressing system-related issues and queries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating more complex problems to the relevant teams.
- Guide users through solutions and best practices for using ERP systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system performance.
- Maintain detailed logs of support requests, resolutions, and follow-ups.
- Assist in system testing and updates as needed.
- Support users in a global environment, with an emphasis on clear, effective communication.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar ERP technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus, but not essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in a scientific or manufacturing environment is a plus.

- Base: €40,000 - €50,000
