Sales Manager

Territory: North – M62 up to Scotland

Salary: 45K – 50K basic / OTE £20-30K uncapped

The Role: Do you have a passion for management? Do you have experience in managing a sales team? If so then this is a fantastic opportunity whereby you will be responsible for managing a team selling workwear, hygiene, and washroom solutions to SME’s. The services sold will be provided on an ongoing basis on 2 – 3-year contracts. As a local sales manager will be responsible for a team of 6 local sales consultants. This is a 100% managerial role, where you will be tasked with driving performance of the sales team, encouraging high levels of activity. To be considered for this role, you must have previous management experience and have managed a team that have had to achieve high activity targets.
