Role:

We are looking to add to our sales and engineering recruitment teams.

With the opportunity to work from home as well as in a busy office, you will have the opportunity to expand your skill set through the following:

Sales

  • Engage with hiring managers on a daily basis to source new vacancies
  • Proactively source new business within the sales sector using innovative means and high-volume sales calls
  • Continually building and maintaining knowledge of the market; emerging trends and growing organizations.
  • Achieve weekly activity and monthly revenue targets

Engineering

  • Source, assess, and manage full-cycle recruiting processes for a variety of clients within the engineering sector, including manufacturing, service, precision, and consultancy practices.
  • Shortlisting and influencing hiring decisions with clients from SME’s to global billion-euro enterprises and managing the process once interviews commence.
  • Proactively source talent within the engineering sector using innovative means such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Social Media.
  • Continually building and maintaining knowledge of the market; emerging trends and growing organizations.
  • Design, define and construct adverts and social media campaigns to attract talent to continuously build a talent pipeline.
