Due to further expansion into the Irish market, this well-established company has created a superb opportunity to grow its market share within the skincare market. Experience within the beauty industry is essential.
THE ROLE: This newly created BDM role will see you developing business within the beauty salon industry. You will be dealing with owners and managers of both independent and chain salons. Driving the business forward, you will be responsible for growing the company’s reach nationwide.
Full company and product training is provided, and an excellent remuneration package will reward the successful candidate.
THE PERSON: You will be a seasoned sales professional with a working knowledge of the beauty and salon industry. Specific products/services sold within the industry are of no major importance. You will be comfortable developing new business, from identifying new prospects to closing the deal. As a strong relationship builder, you will have the ability to build rapport quickly and deliver excellent customer service.
THE COMPANY: Established for over twenty-two years, this supplier of a well-known brand of salon equipment is expanding their current UK operations into the Irish market. You will be working autonomously, where you will play a pivotal part in growing the Irish side of the business. This will in turn create excellent long-term opportunities for the right individual.
THE PACKAGE FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:
- Basic Salary: €35 – 45,000 depending on experience
- Commission: €30,000
- Monthly car allowance
- Mobile, Laptop
