Candidates are observed in group and individual settings. They’re assessed against structured competency frameworks, with multiple touchpoints to ensure fairness and accuracy. This provides clients with a well-rounded view of each graduate’s strengths and development areas. 

How does the final shortlist work?

At the end of the assessment process, the strongest candidates are invited to record two short video introductions. These videos, combined with their CV and our assessment feedback, form the shortlist we present to you. This means you only interview candidates who are both motivated and proven to have the skills you’re looking for.
