We’ll explore their suitability including specific skills, project experience, cultural fit, motivations for moving, wider career aspirations and current salary and benefits package.

5. Managing expectations

Alongside organising interviews, we’ll explore the potential of the opportunity from both candidate and client perspectives so we can advise on any topics or issues that may need to be addressed later in the process.

6. Getting the best for all

Negotiating and finalising final package and benefits but also managing resignations and counter offers to ensure your top talent starts with your business.
