What was it like to work with BMS and what stood out compared to other recruitment consultancies you have worked with?

Working closely with Rob Coombes, the biggest difference I noticed with BMS over other recruiters I have used was the attention to detail in understanding our business, the culture, how we work, and what attributes we require for our new starters in order to fit seamlessly into our organisation and give them and us the best chance of success.

The approach from BMS, as we started to grow our sales team was incredibly professional, and just as important, very quick.

Within a day or two of advertising for a new position, Rob had already screened several candidates, sending to me only those that met our requirements. This ensured the whole process was completed quickly, saving us lots of time and money. It also ensured that candidates were not kept waiting in lengthy recruitment processes.

How has working with BMS benefited Zep Inc?

I would say one of the key differences in BMS is the profile matching of candidates to our, sometimes quite specific needs.

I would not hesitate in recommending BMS to other organisations that want to save time and resources in long drawn-out recruitment processes, and will continue to use them to meet our needs for many more years.
