  1. Before engaging with BMS what was your experience in trying to fill vacancies?

We would use LinkedIn, our own social media and other recruitment agencies. Getting the right candidate to apply or interview was a challenge with a lot of time spend sifting through the application to create a shortlist and then often these candidates not being right for the role. Due to recruitment taking a long time this would mean we couldn’t fill roles quick enough to support our growth and strategy.

  1. How you worked with BMS (contingent, exclusive, retained) and comments from you as to how we solved the problem & delivered against agreed measures/expectations at the start of the process?

First Jess at BMS took her time to understand what our needs, our recruitment process and what type of candidate required for each vacancy. Then I would get regular check ins to update on candidates and throughout the interview process provide feedback both ways so that we could focus on getting the right candidate while BMS ensured the candidates were pre screened and briefed correctly

  1. One thing BMS did that really stood out compared to other recruitment consultancies they’ve worked with?

Understood what I needed when recruiting and Jess would find the best candidates for the role, and I would provide interview slots that she would fill with suitable candidates to help us recruit the right candidate and helping me manage my time spend on recruitment.

  1. Your thoughts on Jess as your Account Manager?

Exceptional, always wanting to help and support. Very eager and wants to work with us to support us in our recruitment. Jess is very persistent and good at keeping me on track during recruitment, so we don’t lose any candidates. If I wasn’t dealing with Jess at BMS then I don’t think we would have had the same successes as Jess has worked with me to understand how to support and be effective resource for our recruitment which made it easier for me to keep using BMS.

  1. Overall, how has working with BMS benefited them & their business?

Great, Jess our account manager has helped us fill vacancies with good candidate and reduce our time on wasted recruitment when we must find and filter potential candidates before we even start the interview process.
