Here’s how we helped The Helping Hand Company fill their Area Sales Manager vacancy

This was the first time I had used BMS Performance and if I’m honest we didn’t put then in the best position at the start of the recruitment process. We got in touch with a limited time to hire towards the end of the week and some of the key decision makers were going on annual leave.

What was it like to work with BMS and how did we solve the problem & deliver against the agreed measures and expectations at the start of the process?

They listened to the brief and asked detailed questions, so I knew they understood exactly what we were looking for. We were aware of the challenges of filling this role and the team at BMS were supportive throughout.

The brief we delivered was tight and niche, however, the team never seemed to struggle.

The one thing I would improve next time would be to have more time to sit down and have a discussion surrounding the role. We only had a 30-minute Teams-call last minute, due to holiday commitments from our side.

What did BMS do that really stood out compared to other recruitment consultancies you have worked with?

Regardless of the limit on timescales BMS’ process worked like clockwork, it was fast and accurate, whilst taking all the heavy lifting and time-consuming elements out of our hands

We’ve used other agencies previously, but BMS surpassed expectations.
