Before working with BMS, what was your experience in trying to fill these vacancies or solve the problem?

Generally, it took longer than necessary. I found that other companies we worked with in the past required much more of my time, including a lot of repetition, extra clarification on the brief, and overall, wasted time.

How did BMS work with you, and how did they solve the problem while delivering on the agreed measures and expectations set at the start of the process?

What I found was that you’re much more flexible. You communicate in the way we prefer, rather than the way you prefer. This required significantly less of my time while still delivering a great service.

You took the time to truly understand us, and once you understood, you adhered to that understanding.

Overall, how has working with BMS benefited you and your business?

It has provided us with better-quality candidates while requiring much less screening. Saving time has been the biggest win for us.
