Before working with BMS, what was your experience in trying to fill these vacancies?

It was very difficult! I’ve done vetting myself in the past, and we have contracts with two other agencies. My area is quite niche in terms of what I’m really looking for, so it was challenging to vet candidates, and the process was time-consuming. Many other agencies weren’t great at screening candidates, but you and Jade went above and beyond. It was easy to decide which candidates to bring forward for interviews, as the CVs and screening documents were accompanied by well-prepared emails, which helped a lot.

How did BMS work with you, and how did they solve the problem while delivering on agreed measures/expectations set at the start of the process?

The way I like to work is through formal communication. The fact that you called a meeting immediately and brought in consultants right away stood out. There were multiple follow-up meetings and calls, and I much prefer being chased rather than having to do the chasing myself.

You listened carefully, followed through on the process, and ticked all the boxes, which made everything much easier.

What is one thing BMS did that really stood out compared to other recruitment consultancies?

The formalization of the process and the way the briefs were sent to me really stood out! The thoroughness of the screening process was exceptional. Usually, I just get a quick email or call, but with BMS, I was fully informed about each candidate.

Overall, how has working with BMS benefited you and your business?

It has saved me so much time—and time is money! I ended up with two fantastic candidates, which was a great result.
