Before working with BMS, what was your experience in trying to fill these vacancies or solve the problem?

It was a bit difficult because we were recruiting in phases. We initially recruited in France and later moved the process to the UK. The recruitment strategies were different, so it was hard to compare directly. Overall, recruiting for a position with foreign language skills can be challenging, so there’s a definite benefit to having a recruiter filter candidates for you.

How did BMS work with you, and how did they solve the problem while delivering on the agreed measures and expectations set at the start of the process?

In terms of your targets, I feel you performed quite well. There is room for improvement in communication, as it is always key. From my perspective, the process went smoothly, but ensuring the right level of information is fed back consistently is important. Overall, it was a good experience.

What is one thing BMS did that really stood out compared to other recruitment consultancies?

Your enthusiasm for customer satisfaction really stood out—it’s the passion behind it.

For some agencies, recruitment is just a job, but you approached it with genuine commitment.

Overall, how has working with BMS benefited you and your business?

We’ve hired two candidates and are quite happy with the choices. The end results speak for themselves—we feel we’ve found the right candidates.
