I think you really listened to what I wanted and guided me in the right direction, especially since I was new to recruiting. As a result, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect at first, but we decided to focus on creating a brief. What stood out about you, in particular, was that you listened, asked open questions, and took the time to understand the issues we’d faced in the past. Your communication was excellent throughout. Initially, you sent me CVs, but as we worked together, you came to know exactly what I wanted and was looking for. We streamlined the process by skipping unnecessary steps and going straight to the best CVs, which saved me a lot of time.

What is one thing BMS did that really stood out compared to other recruitment consultancies?

The one thing you did better than other agencies was simply getting back to me.

When I use two agencies, the other one never calls for feedback. I knew you would follow up, which I appreciated because my time is so valuable. You did what you said you’d do, so I didn’t have to constantly chase after you, and that made a huge difference. Other agencies we’ve worked with in the past didn’t follow up and didn’t listen to the brief. They often sent candidates outside the desired criteria.

The main thing that sets you apart is definitely your communication.

Overall, how has working with BMS benefited you and your business?

Working with you has enabled me to build 80% of our team! The process was smooth, efficient, and ultimately very successful. While recruiting takes time, it wasn’t wasted with you. Most candidates we progressed to the first stage ended up receiving offers. You’ve helped us massively, and as a result, you’re the only person I’d consider using for recruitment.
