Before engaging with BMS what was your experience in trying to fill the vacancy?
We engaged with BMS Performance following a long in-house recruitment process that had been ongoing for three months in which we had received a lot of CVs which were irrelevant and had conducted a number of interviews without success. We had even got to offer stage but unfortunately had to go back to square one.
What was it like to work with BMS and how did we solve the problem & deliver against the agreed measures and expectations at the start of the process?
We got BMS on board utilising their Contingent recruitment model. After really understanding our brief, Rob gave us a couple of solutions which would suit our recruitment needs which gave us flexibility which was great.
Rob introduced us to Tina Vine as the lead Consultant and within two weeks she was able to source us two applicants one of which we would not have been able to identify through our own searches, how she found him I will never know. Not only that, BMS were able to find us a fantastic applicant, with all the experience we desired, and with the right cultural fit for our organization, within just two weeks – this level of service was invaluable.

We wouldn’t have seen the successful applicant based on his CV alone without Tina having the foresight to reach out to him and get him to explain his direct experience to us. We would have just continued doing what we were doing before BMS’s input which could have potentially led to this position going vacant into the new year.
