The two things I looks for in a recruitment partner is the quality of candidates/matching brief and  Making sure the candidates have a gpd understanding of the role.

BMS did absolutely great in supplying great candidates, by having in depth conversations with consultants to refine the search supported the process mid-way through the process.

Also, BMS made sure candidates understood the role prior to interview. The candidates understood the company and the requirements of the sales reps. All bar one of the candidates had really good understanding of the responsibilities and had understood the job description this reduced frustrations from me by only having conversation with candidates that truly understand the role.

BMS found a great candidate that matched the role and we ended up hiring for the job and really really excited about the candidate starting, I have high hopes.

It was refreshing to work with Bill and the team as they didn’t push too hard for a candidate to be seen for an interview and asked for feedback for the CVs to adapt our search.
