We have been working with BMS for over 5 years now, before dealing with BMS we had a mixed history with recruitment companies, so when Rob promised me that BMS were different I was wary, however I was proved wrong and BMS and Rob proved to me that they do what they say.
No more did I receive CV’s that’s had no resemblance to the vacancy I was hoping to fill, they listened to my requirements and put forward candidates that met my criteria.
The advantage of dealing with BMS is that I get to see good quality candidates who want to work for us, the problem I have is that I then need to pick one of them.
I have always found trying to find the right person to fill any vacancy is hard and time consuming, but now by working with BMS they take that stress away and find the right person.
