During the recruitment process I would lose confidence in the reach of the recruiter, and of their motivation. Once inside the business individuals would last 6-9 months, wasting salary and delaying revenue growth by a year each time.
What was it like to work with BMS and how did we solve the problem & deliver against the agreed measures and expectations at the start of the process?
After an initial call to discuss and agree parameters there was a recurring weekly briefing on activity and status. You blended quantitative with qualitative, meaning you used LinkedIn to concentrate the search but then you were always ready to give an objective opinion on individual candidates. In other words you were a partner who provided honest counsel. Unlike my experience with other agents, these things happened without me having to lead them – i.e. a truly professional treatment.
