Before engaging with BMS what was your experience in trying to fill the vacancies?

The last recruitment company we used before BMS weren’t able to offer the calibre of candidates we were looking for and I didn’t feel that they were committing enough time to our vacancies

What was it like to work with BMS and how did we solve the problem & deliver against the agreed measures and expectations at the start of the process?

The first most important thing was that Laura spent time getting to know myself and AMS, what we were about in terms of our culture and ambition. What we needed to see from the candidates and how BMS was going to help us screen people, that then meant we had strong candidates to select from, which would ultimately result in a successful hire.

I always felt that Laura was recruiting for AMS, not just trying to fill a vacant role with anybody.

Laura has worked hard to build an excellent working relationship with myself and my Regional Sales Managers. Her communication always struck the right balance in terms of regularity, effectiveness and respectfulness. Recruitment never follows a straight path, so to have BMS working hard to make sure the process stayed on track was essential.

How has working with BMS benefited AMS and your sales team?

I would say that AMS and BMS has built an excellent working relationship which means that AMS can trust BMS (Laura) to find the right candidates. This has resulted in three success sales executive recruitments this year.
