Capital Equipment Sales - NHS

We are looking for high performing hospital sales reps with a stable track record and proven achievements! You must have sold capital equipment into secondary care or an experience theatre sales rep.

TERRITORY: Swindon, Worcester, Swansea, Bristol, Dorchester, Taunton, Exeter, Truro.

Package: £45-60K basic + 40% commission + £700 monthly car allowance


JOB:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for the development of business and sale of surgical operating tables and accessory products. You will become the knowledge base and a trusted partner on the complete range of operating tables and accessories offered.

You will work closely with the team in supporting the deployment of the UK product and sales strategy and spend the majority of your time (90%) in the hospital environment discussing and demonstrating the operating theatre product range.

Day to day you will be supporting surgeons and theatre staff with patient/procedure positioning in order to achieve sales as well as engaging commercially with key decision makers in the hospitals including unit and departmental management, procurement, finance and medical engineering partners.

Experience needed:

  • Candidates must have a proven, stable track record in hospital sales
  • Sold capital equipment OR an experienced theatre sales rep
  • Full driving licence
  • Ideally ABPI qualified, it not you must pass within 2 years
  • Hunter mentality, confident and proactive salesperson

The Package for Business Development Manager:

  • Basic: £45,0000 to £60,000, depending on experience
  • Bonus: 40% uncapped OTE
  • Car: Fully expensed company car or £700 per month allowance
