THE COMPANY: An international manufacturer of a wide range of orthopaedic devices and ancillaries, with a reputation going back over seventy years. This division provide a range of hip, knee and shoulder products, including a “best in class” unicondylar knee and further growth and expansion means that an exciting new role currently exists for a high calibre orthopaedics or surgical sales professional to drive their business forward within the South Midlands area – Birmingham, Solihull, Worcester and Hereford.

THE ROLE: As Territory Manager, the successful candidate will enjoy a mix of new business and account management – winning, managing and developing key clinical and commercial relationships within NHS and private hospitals. Typical contact will be with surgeons, consultants, theatre managers, ODPs, registrars, nurses and procurement. Candidates must have a proven track record selling orthopaedic or other products into theatre and preference will be given to those with orthopaedics experience and a flair for new business. Full product training will be provided and career and earning potential, as well as company culture, is exciting and realistic.

The Package for Territory Manager:

  • Basic: £40,000 to £47,000
  • Commission: £15,000 to £25,000
  • Car: Fully expensed company car
  • Benefits: Healthcare, pension, mobile, laptop, 25 days + stats
