$135,000 – $140,000 package

(broken down as base + super + car allowance + bonus)

The Company: 

A Market Leading Global Educational Company is looking for an instrumental Field Sales Manager to manager a small team nationally. 
Having been established for a number of years does not mean that business comes easily; therefore it is paramount in the current climate that they stay ahead of their competitors by recruiting the best candidates.

The Role:

This is a crucial and integral role and an exciting time to join a company experiencing rapid growth within its market.  As a talented and motivating leader, you will manage and mentor a team nationally as well as sell and promote our client’s range of educational solutions into a diverse and exciting mix of VET and RTO accounts. This position is based in Sydney working from a home-based office with some country and interstate travel when required. 
Our client is looking for a team player with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders, demonstrating friendly, transparent, and proactive communication. Applicants must be self-motivated and have extraordinary problem-solving skills; questioning the status quo and taking calculated risks to meet customers’ needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of sales individuals across Australia 
  • Drive growth in designated and team territories 
  • Assist the Business Development Manager with sales strategy
  • Meet with key decision makers and present our products 

Attributes: 

  • Proven success in sales 
  • Strong leadership and collaborative abilities 
  • Experience supervising a team of sales professionals 
  • Understanding the Universities, Tafe and RTO space is a plus
  • Knowledge in the digital learning space/environment 
  • Strong business relationship-building skills 
  • Outstanding written and oral communication abilities
