  The Role: 

  • You’ll be the customer champion for a live base of accounts  
  • Onboarding, supporting and educating clients to drive fantastic client experience 
  • Managing Renewals to ensure a high retention rate 
  • Full responsibility for the client relationship 
  • Delivering client success plans and monthly / Quarterly service reviews   
  • Proactively bringing new solutions and services to the client  
  • You’ll be the voice of the client internally  
  • Helping direct product development and marketing teams to deliver new products  

The Candidate: 

  • They are looking for candidates who have worked in the software / tech industry 
  •  Experience in Account Management or Customer Success  
  • Tech Sector is beneficial and they will consider candidates from other backgrounds 
  • Proactive mindset – Somebody who makes things happen  
  • Strong commercial skills and business acumen. 
  • Excellent soft skills, empathy and super energetic.
