$75k – $90k + Super + Company Car + Bonus
Our Client is an award winning, well-established sports equipment business looking to grow their team in VIC. The business has grown organically in the 30 years they have been operating from their base in Queensland. Over 50,000 customers made up of schools, clubs, resorts, fitness centres and government departments and now export to over 15 countries.
You will be supported by an experienced, high performing team who are hands on, dynamic and offer an excellent working culture that is both fun and highly rewarding.
This position is a hybrid of both new business development and account management. You will get an existing account portfolio of schools to manage and grow, however a large focus will be on increasing market share across your region.
You will be reporting into an experienced and hands on manager who is also based in Victoria.
Your responsibilities will be to consult with Community Sports Teams and Clubs at Amateur & Semi-Professional Level and Educational Institutions to increase market share.
In this market you will find clients buy at certain times of the year, therefore you must build up insight of your clients buying cycles and win sales accordingly.
This is a key role for the company and there is scope for the position to evolve into a leadership role with the view of building a team over time.
Our client is looking for an experienced field sales professional, whilst they can appreciate that there are a lot of passionate sporting fans around it’s imperative you have relevant experience to be considered for this role.
You must have experience having sold into the education sector, this could come from office supplies, sporting supplies, teamwear, apparel etc.
Full VIC driving license is essential.

You MUST have a stable track record and be comfortable talking through your previous sales performance against targets.
