Business Development Manager

36k basic / 72k OTE + Car Allowance

This is a newly created role due to business growth and will be the beginning of a new team. The role has two functions, bring new clients that will spend a minimum specified amount per calendar month (more products/services introduced higher the spend) once spend hit pass to an account manager to grow. To encourage long term clients the BDM will continue to earn from accounts won for 12 months.

Responsibilities – Requirements

· A proven record in B2B sales

· Possess highly developed problem solving & analytical abilities

· A demonstrated ability to build strong relationships

· Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills

· Capacity to think strategically and to identify new opportunities

· Outstanding communication and presentation skills and strong attention to detail

· Proficient Microsoft Office Suite and SalesForce experience

· Work well within a team

· Networking skills

· Develop and manage a pipeline of active opportunities

· Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives

· Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

· Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
