The Role: Outstanding opportunity for a Business Development Manager. Our client is looking for a talented and competitive Business Development Manager that thrives in a fast paced, quick sales environment. The successful candidate will have the experience in lead conversion to uncover customer need. Providing the customer with solutions to maximise each opportunity through a base and add on service as needed. Must be a focused and target driven achiever with the ability to work alone and in team environment.
Requirements: To be considered for the Business Development Manager role you must have:
· Proven inside sales experience
· Track record of over-achieving sales targets
· Strong phone presence and experience in managing inbound and outbound calls
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills
· Strong listening and presentation (on the phone) skills
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Business Development Manager – Telecommunications Industry
The Package for the Business Development Manager:
· Basic: £30,000-£40,000
· Bonus / OTE: £20,000-£30,000
· Car: £6,000 car allowance
· 20 days holiday
Location: Crewe 1 day a week (Midlands and the North of England)
