Technical Sales Executive – Construction Products

THE COMPANY: A bustling and dynamic organisation, founded only 10 years ago and with a strong brand name, our clients are a highly innovative supplier of construction products: resins , grouting’s, coatings,- additives etc. 
Highly focused on their culture and team; the company have built up a strong and highly loyal customer base over their 10 years of trading and are now seeking to a sales representative to grow the team in Melbourne.

THE ROLE: Based in Melbourne metro, the successful individual will be expected to manage a strong network of existing accounts, whilst at the same time seeking to win and develop new accounts; the client base is mainly comprised of top tier civil engineering contractors, landscaping contractors, general builders and councils. This role has been created to really give more of a depth to the sales team, and to give more of a focus to their key, highly profitable accounts.

THE CANDIDATE: A proactive and customer focussed sales professional, you should arrive with a strong interest in the construction, civil or wider building industry. Ideally you will possess a “can do” attitude and be a natural people person, with strong interpersonal skills. Due to the strong level of support and training that our clients offer, we are looking to attract people whom are passionate about getting into sales, and have a good standard of education (degree ideally, but trade qualifications may be considered also).

You will be rewarded with a highly competitive package which a base salary of $90-120k + super + $18,000 Vehicle Allowance, and an annual bonus/commission scheme.
