The Role of VP of Demand Generation:

This is an opportunity to own Demand Generation for the business, running a global team of field, event and digital marketers. Planning and building a demand generation engine to find leads for the sales team with multi-channel campaigns including search, display, email, social, direct mail, events, ABM and Content. An excellent opportunity for an experienced B2B demand generation marketer reporting to CMO to own marketing strategy and support the team growth and development. Using your experience of generating enterprise-level leads and ABM to build a close working relationship with sales to deliver results.

Responsibilities for the position of VP of Demand Generation

  • Set strategy and plan with CMO and senior stakeholders
  • Build and Run Demand Generation and Lead Gen Activities
  • Content Marketing – plan, create and develop thought leadership content
  • Focus on building a strong Sales and Marketing team
  • Reporting on annual and quarterly targets
  • Grow the sales pipeline with qualified leads and identify new opportunities
  • Implement and drive ABM Programme
  • Manage and Develop Team

Experience to be considered for this role:

  • 10+ years B2B Demand Generation Experience in the Tech Sector
  • Experience in Enterprise and ABM marketing
  • Data-Driven, Engaging and Personable Marketer
  • Proven knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practice
  • Experience with Marketo, Eloqua, Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics

The Package for VP of Demand Generation

  • Salary: £100,000 – £150,000
