The Role:

Being present in the operating theatre to assist surgeons and theatre staff maximise the use and application of your product range, and provide technical expertise and support to doctors, nurses and other personnel as required.

As a Sales Rep, you will conduct activities to gain sales growth and market share with existing and new customers. This is done through negotiation, customer focus and extensive training and education.

Building strong working relationships with key hospital contacts to maximise business opportunities

Providing added value to our customers through your product knowledge and understanding of their preferences and needs.

The Candidate:

  • You must have a previous track record of exceptional performance within the medical device sales industry
  • Previous nursing experience would be considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of the medical / hospital markets that will be complemented by your communication, negotiation and influencing skills, your commitment to quality and your passion for exceeding your customer’s expectations
  • New business development focused
  • A drive to succeed combined with your love of the ‘thrill of the chase’ will ensure your success in this role.
  • Experience in a theatre environment will be highly advantageous.
