Candidates with strong evidence of results in a business to business or commercial selling role with good tenure in roles, would be of interest. Ability to open doors and win new business is a key skill. Ideally 3-5 years B2B sales experience if not from theatre sales background. Desire to work in a clinical selling environment is also important.

THE COMPANY: An international manufacturer of a wide range of orthopaedic devices and ancillaries, with a reputation going back over seventy years. This division provide a range of hip, knee and shoulder products, including a “best in class” unicondylar knee and they are currently seeking to recruit a high calibre surgical sales professional to drive their business forward within the West Midlands region

THE ROLE: As Territory Manager, the successful candidate will enjoy a mix of new business and account management – winning, managing and developing key clinical and commercial relationships within NHS and private hospitals. Typical contact will be with surgeons, consultants, theatre managers, ODPs, registrars, nurses and procurement. Candidates will ideally have a proven track record selling into theatre and preference will be given to those with orthopaedics experience and a flair for new business. Full product training will be provided and career and earning potential is exciting and realistic.

The Package for Territory Manager:

  • Basic: £40,000 to £45,000
  • Commission: £15,000 to £25,000
  • Car: Fully expensed company car
