The Role: The telesales team leader will be responsible for a team of telesales executives, you’re main priority will be training and coaching, as well as managing an existing portfolio of accounts. Selling foodservice solutions to HoReCa, nursing homes, schools, clubs, pubs and hospitals, you will contact business owners, head chefs and catering managers.

The Company: Our client is an established food wholesaler in the U.K. Supplying fresh, frozen, ambient foods, beers, wines spirits and catering equipment to customers across a wide range of sectors. They have turned over £2bn. Now looking for a motivated salesperson either with management experience or looking for a step up!

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • B2B sales experience
  • Can train, develop, motivate
  • Relationship builder and enthusiastic
  • Full UK driving licence
