January is always about change, and January 2022 really is no different! BMS Performance are in a phase of really exciting scale-up and our growth strategy for 2022/23 means the growth of our own Talent division as we look to recruit a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the People & Performance Manager, the Talent Acquisition Manager is a pivotal role in a crucial stage of the organisation’s growth strategy for 2022/23 and this person will need to thrive under pressure, excel in an autonomous environment and have the ability to lead and take the reins on some exciting candidate attraction and employee engagement initiatives.
This role is so much more than hiring great sales and recruitment talent. You’ll be the face of our business, you’ll be promoting our company culture and engaging with applicants on why we’re a great place to work to build a long-term career. It takes someone with real passion and drive and a genuine desire to want to work with people and take pride in seeing them make a success out of their new found careers with us.

Package: £30,000 – £35,000 Basic Salary + OTE (£10,000)
