You will be selling a portfolio of infection control and full decontamination solutions, consisting of capital equipment, consumables and IT solutions. Key customers will be in the hospital environment; infection control teams, EBME departments and c-suite level selling. Products are sold on capital spend or on a structured revenue spend. This allows the sales rep to provide a bespoke solution for a hospital based on specific outcomes and requirements.

This is an exciting role for a new Solution Sales Manager to join a successful sales team in a solutions and capital equipment portfolio. Full global sales training programme and product training will be given, and opportunities to progress and diversify are aplenty here.

THE PERSON: To be considered for this Solution Sales Manager role you must have dealt with a multi stakeholder process in a previous role, knowledge of capital equipment will be beneficial. Candidates with a sophisticated sales process who are driven and ambitious will do well here.

  • Full driving licence

  • Must have secondary care sales experience in medical devices
